Planning and Executing
January 28th, 2012
Spring will bring tons of fun fro LBDM. Yes, I did just use the term ‘tons of fun’. I wish that we could fast forward to when all the fun, but there is still a lot of planning to do. New tees, totes and accessories and of course a Brand Tour up the East Coast to promote all of it! Stay posted!
LBDM Tumblr
January 28th, 2012
I love Tumblr. It’s a perfect way of getting to know a brand or a person. I feel like everything posted on my Tumblr page is a perfect representation of who LBDM is as a brand and who I am as a person, which is completely reflected in the brand.

Farewell Take it Back!
January 24th, 2012
Take it Back! is one of my FAVORITE bands! Unfortunately, all great things must come to an end. They announced they’re breakup in the Fall of 2011 and have brought their last tour to a close. I am so sad to see them go, but as a fan, respect their music, their time to it and their decision. I wish I would have seen them when they came to town last, but at leas I have gotten the great chance to see them.
You all will be missed! xoxo
Lana Del Rey
January 20th, 2012
Say what you want about Lana Del Rey! I love her look, I like her style! It’s unfortunate that as soon as people started to dig her, so many people started to go against her. I don’t know what’s going on with Miss Rey, but hopefully it’s not too scandalous or scandalous at all!!

Before they were yours, they were mine
January 18th, 2012
I found this on Khloe Kardashian’s blog and fell in love. I definitely needed to read this and remember that though we are all entitled to our own feelings and that each person feels according to what they are personally going through, it doesn’t hurt to sit back and put things in perspective; a healthy perspective. It’s so easy to say “I’ll deal with this because someone else has less”, but sometimes we really need to sit back and truly, truly feel it.
There was a blind girl that hated herself because she was blind. She hated everyone except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She told her boyfriend, “If I could see the world, I’d marry you”. One day someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was able to see everything, including her boyfriend. He asked her, “Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?” The girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn’t expected that. The thought of looking at him for the rest of her life led her to refuse to marry him. Her boyfriend left her in tears and days later wrote a note to her saying; “Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before they were yours, they were mine.” This is how the human brain often works when our status changes. Only a very few remember what our life was like before, and who was always by their side in the most painful situations. Today before you say an unkind word – Think of someone who cant speak. Before you complain about the taste of your food -Think of someone who has nothing to eat. Before you complain about your husband or wife – Think of someone who’s crying out to GOD for a companion. Today before you complain about life – Think of someone who went too early to heaven. Before you complain about your children – Think of someone who desires children but they are barren. Before you argue about your dirty house someone didn’t clean or sweep – Think of the people who are living in the streets. Before whining about the distance you drive -Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet. And when you are tired and complain about your job – Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job. But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another -Remember that not one of us is without sin and we all answer to one MAKER. And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down – put a smile on your face and thank GOD you’re alive!

I had the privilege of working with Glam Soup on a recent interview and it was great. I love how the interview came out and though I still think I look and sound like a complete goober on camera, I hope that you enjoy it. Haha!
